Device Support Specialist

To support our patients throughout Italy, we are looking for a Device Support Specialist (DSS), based in the Campania region.
The DSS assists patients starting therapy with Novocure, handling technical questions and equipment troubleshooting. Further, the DSS organizes and trains patients and caregivers on device use, regularly checks and optimizes devices, and manages equipment inventory and logistics. At the end of therapy, ensures the return of materials to operational centers.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan patient visits every 4 weeks (2 weeks for clinical patients).
- Provide training on Novocure devices.
- Check and replace defective devices.
- Manage equipment troubleshooting at patient homes and collaborate with GTS.
- Interpret therapy device data.
- Support patients, including after hours.
- Participate in patient events and clinical trial site initiation visits (SIV).
- Cooperate with company DSS contacts.
- Perform administrative tasks and record interventions in CRM/SAP.
- Ensure coverage in case of absence.
Your profile:
- Healthcare background (psychotherapist, nurse, or physiotherapist).
- Minimum 3 years of patient treatment experience.
- Technical aptitude and proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
- Valid driver's license (company car provided).
- Positive attitude, energy, enthusiasm, and empathy.
- Autonomy, excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to travel throughout Italy.
