Novocure Poland is our newest office in Europe and you will be part of a global business services team supporting multiple business functions, and located in Krakow. The global business services organization within Novocure Poland is critical to Novocure’s efforts to drive process efficiency, standardizations and drive greater business value as the company prepares for future growth. To support our team in Krakow, Poland we are looking for a: Technical Compliant Quality Specialist

 

JOB SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for supporting Novocure’s Quality System activities by managing initial Technical Complaint & Feedback review and approval. As a Technical Complaint Quality Specialist you’ll have an understanding of a range of processes, including other departments, as they relate to Complaints & Feedback. Strong and professional communication skills are required. This is a full time, non-exempt position, reporting to the Quality System Manager, Global Complaints and based out of our Poland office.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Global SAP Technical Complaint & Feedback review and approval.
  • Complete Reporting Determinations at the initiation of complaint.
  • Evaluate problems and select appropriate solutions (i.e. common system errors, handling incorrect/incomplete entries, addressing duplicate complaints)
  • Manage inquiries received in Technical Complaint inbox.
  • Maintain functional relationships with other departments and provide support as it relates to the Complaint process.
  • Ensure workflow with multiple hand-offs meets process cycle time (KPI) expectations.
  • Ensure complaint process meets compliance against released procedures and related standards/regulations.
  • Identify when process shifts occur and communicate changes.
  • Perform additional or alternate activities as assigned (i.e. involvement with CAPAs related to Complaint Handling, Internal Auditing, updating process documentation, or team task coverage).

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree or about 3 years of experience in the medical device industry or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, including knowing when to seek guidance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with durable medical equipment is preferred.
