Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune®, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe, Israel and Japan. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other types of solid cancers. 

 

To support our EMEA Talent Acquisition and Engagement Team in Root, Switzerland we are looking for a:

 

Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with our teams to support Novocure’s fast growth, while providing a best of class candidate and hiring manager experience.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the end to end recruiting process, which includes defining the sourcing strategy, advertising roles, screening CV's, conducting interviews, offer management and feedback to all candidates.
  • Partner with the business and HRBPs to understand their needs and create the most appropriate search strategies for each role.
  • Proactively engaging with candidates, building diverse talent pipelines and nurturing relationships with top talent.
  • Lead targeted employer branding actions aimed to improve Novocure’s visibility in specific markets
  • Acting as a Talent Acquisition POC within Novocure, interacting with various departments and bringing your expertise to support the EMEA HR team as well as the Global Talent Acquisition team
  • Regularly monitoring feedback from candidates and providing an outstanding experience, for both candidates and hiring managers

 

Your Profile:

 

 

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, business administration or a similar relevant field plus a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • You are a team player who is constantly learning and sharing experiences with your team. You approach your work in a positive and energizing attitude
  • You have a passion for delivering a best of class candidate and hiring manager experience
  • You are convinced that no profile is impossible to find, and have fun searching and actively sourcing hard to find candidates
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture as well as design and execute details and routinely tasks with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and adjust processes in creative ways while meeting deadlines
  • You have excellent communication skills, and are fluent in French and German
  • You have successfully executed employer branding actions and were able to approach these needs with a data mindset
