Marketing Manager, New Indications, Oncology

Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other types of solid cancers.

 To support our growing team in France we are looking for a Marketing Manager New Indications, Oncology.

In this position, you are responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for France in line with the global marketing approach. You will work in close collaboration with Novocure's global and regional marketing teams based in Switzerland for the launch of new product indications.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our upcoming oncology indications in collaboration with EMEA & Global Marketing, EMEA Launch Lead, and Medical Affairs
• Develop, implement and manage annual marketing plans
• Adapt global messages and launch campaigns to meet the specific needs and requirements of the French market, overseeing the implementation of these strategies
• Adapt and develop promotional initiatives and educational material for key customer segments

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Marketing and Business Management or any other related field is required 
• Product or indication launch experience is a must
• Experience in marketing within the Oncology space is ideal
• Fluency in French is required along with English fluency, as communication with Global/regional offices is primarily in that language
• Good command of CRMs and an interest in digital and multi-channel solutions

Contract Type: Permanent position

Location: Hybrid position, requiring in-office work three times a week (Boulogne-Billancourt). It also involves traveling up to 30% of the time.
