Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure Poland is our newest office in Europe and you will be part of a global business services team supporting multiple business functions including finance and payroll and located in Krakow. The global business services organization within Novocure Poland is critical to Novocure’s efforts to drive process efficiency, standardizations and drive greater business value as the company prepares for future growth.

Application Analyst, Commercial Solutions

The Application Analyst, Commercial Solutions will primarily be responsible for providing comprehensive application support to ensure the smooth operation and optimal utilization of Novocure’s Veeva Vault platform. The role will encompass a wide array of tasks, ranging from user assistance and issue resolution to system configuration and enhancement initiatives.

The role will involve serving as the frontline support for end-users encountering challenges or seeking guidance in utilizing the Veeva Vault platform effectively. The Applications Analyst will leverage their deep understanding of Veeva Vault’s functionality to troubleshoot issues, address inquiries, and provide timely resolutions, thereby minimizing disruptions to business operations and fostering user satisfaction.

In addition to the role’s support responsibilities, an ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring and customizing the Veeva Vault platform to align with Novocure’s evolving needs and processes. This will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement system enhancements, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the triage process for Veeva Vault support tickets, working directly with Managed Service vendor teams where required to resolve users’ issues & requests in a timely manner
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Veeva Vault configurations and customizations
• Cultivate a customer-service mindset and build strong relationships across the organization
• Stay updated on Veeva Vault platform releases, new features, and best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements to optimize system performance
• Provide training and guidance to users on Veeva Vault functionality and best practices.
• Perform other Veeva Vault-related duties and projects, as assigned

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, biotech, or related firms
• Experience in configuring and customizing Veeva Vault or Salesforce, including document types, lifecycles, workflows, and security settings
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support
• Good written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Expereince in working with ServiceNow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
