Novocure is pioneering cancer treatment through Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) and is seeking a Senior Lead, Mendix Development to join our Enterprise Technology team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative applications using the Mendix platform - helping us modernize systems across the company. You will lead Mendix projects and vendors, serve as our subject matter expert, and collaborate across teams to enable scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the technical lead for all Mendix development initiatives

Design and develop scalable applications using Mendix for web and mobile

Guide and review work of internal and external Mendix developers

Integrate Mendix applications with SAP, MuleSoft, and other enterprise platforms

Establish and maintain best practices, governance, and change control processes

Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint progress

Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to solve complex business problems

Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and reliability standards
What You Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Mendix Expert Developer certification required

10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in Mendix application development

Proven experience building complex domain models, integrations, and UI within Mendix
-
Strong understanding of APIs (SOAP, REST, OData), Java, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML)

Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.)

Ability to operate in Agile and hybrid delivery models

Comfortable with both strategy and execution—leading from the trenches

Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
