The Intern – Enterprise Technology Investments will support day-to-day financial operations and analysis, gaining hands-on experience in corporate finance within the Enterprise Technology Organization (ET). The intern will gain project execution experience while supporting the SAP Modernization Program. The Intern will also be assigned projects that will improve existing ET fiancial processes.

This is a temporary, non-exempt, office-based position reporting to the Head Enterprise Technology Investments based in our Wayne Pennsylvania location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn key financial processes and applications (SAP, Ariba)
• Support the Purchase Order/Invoice approval process with ET
• Perform testing activities in support of the SAP Modernization Program
• Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the ET Organization
• Support preparation for the 2027 ET Budget
• Help prepare presentations and ad-hoc financial analyses
• Support systems testing and special projects supporting the ET Organization

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work with limited supervision
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Able to work with limited supervision

OTHER:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
