JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, US Oncology Business Finance plays a pivotal role, collaborating closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization. This position serves as a strategic partner to US oncology leaders, aiding in the implementation of both strategic and operational initiatives while offering valuable financial and business insights to facilitate decision-making. In addition, the Senior Manager is tasked with orchestrating corporate planning and finance processes, delivering comprehensive financial and operational reports, and spearheading the business finance partnership with the US oncology division to achieve financial objectives.

 

This is a full-time, exempt position with a hybrid work model, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Finance at our Chesterbrook, PA location.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Lead business finance partner with US oncology organization
•    Proactively deliver business and financial insights that provide US oncology organization with important, actionable ways to deliver business results
•    Understands levers of impact of assigned businesses and actively participates in business reviews 
•    Partners with business leaders with development and delivery of financial plans, forecast and analyses
•    Lead demand and revenue forecasting and resource planning for US oncology organization
•    Responsible for validating statutory reporting in US market
•    Ownership of management reporting for assigned businesses
•    Provide management with insight on all areas of cost and revenue
•    Participate in projects to maintain, test and improve the IT systems used for budget/forecast and management reporting
•    Lead special projects

 

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE: 
•    B.S. or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent 
•    10+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
•    Demonstrated ability to present to and partner with senior leaders, understand corporate strategy, and influence business outcomes 
•    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to coordinate complex processes across multiple stakeholders across the Finance organization 
•    Self-starter, problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
•    Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet frequent deadlines 
•    Superior analytical and modeling skills 
•    Experience with financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and processes 
•    Financial reporting, and IT systems competence 
•    Experience with SAP, SAP BPC, and Business Objects preferred
•    Power use of Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Language fluency in English: fluent written and spoken - required
