Value Chain Senior Manager - Supply Chain

At Novocure we are looking for a strategic and analytical Value Chain Senior Manager to design, optimize, and govern end-to-end value chains across material and information flows.

In this role, you will lead initiatives that improve supply chain performance, reduce complexity, strengthen resilience, and enable scalable growth across a regulated global environment.

Working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Planning, Sourcing, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Project Management teams, you will shape supply chain strategies for new product introductions, supplier transfers, network changes, and portfolio optimization initiatives. You will develop data-driven recommendations, build compelling business cases, and drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and optimize end-to-end supply chains for new products, supplier changes, and strategic business initiatives.
• Lead value chain improvement efforts focused on cost, inventory, service, quality, lead time, and supply resilience.
• Drive complexity reduction through standardization, harmonization, and simplification initiatives.
• Evaluate supply chain scenarios and develop business cases that support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to align operational execution with business priorities.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and improve end-to-end value chain performance.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in value chain management, supply chain design, or network optimization within a regulated industry.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, business case development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise systems and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, Excel, and planning platforms.

What We Offer

The annual base salary ranges from 288 000 PLN to 352 000 PLN yearly.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
