Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Real Estate Analyst (Global Portfolio) to join our office in Cracow, Poland. It will be a hybrid postion that requires 3 days per week working from the office.

Position Summary

The Senior Real Estate Analyst supports the strategic management of the company’s global real estate portfolio, enabling data-driven decisions across all regions. The role focuses on lease analysis, portfolio optimization, budget planning and -tracking and scenario modeling to support renewals, relocations, consolidations, and workplace strategy. The Senior Analyst partners with global- and regional stakeholders to enable a cost-efficient, flexible, and future-ready footprint. This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Facilities and provides analytical and administrative support for global portfolio strategy, lease negotiations, regional facilities planning, and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Global Lease & Financial Analysis

  • Develop comparative financial models for lease renewals, relocations, expansions, and consolidations.
  • Conduct NPV, IRR, total cost of occupancy, and sensitivity analyses specific to leased environments.
  • Evaluate landlord proposals, operating expenses (OPEX/CAM), and escalation structures across regions.
  • Prepare financial recommendations and business cases for senior leadership.

Global Portfolio & Occupancy Analytics

  • Analyze performance of the global leased portfolio, including utilization, cost per seat, occupancy density, and total occupancy cost trends.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights into leased space performance.
  • Identify opportunities for footprint optimization, hybrid work adjustments, and workplace efficiency.
  • Support global and regional capacity planning.
  • Provide insights into workplace trends, hybrid work evolution, flexible workspace options, and sustainability practices relevant to leased portfolios.

Lease Transaction Support

  • Support lease negotiations by providing financial comparisons, market benchmarks, and scenario modeling.
  • Partner with brokers and legal teams to manage global RFPs and evaluate proposals.
  • Review and interpret term sheets, lease abstracts, amendments, and landlord documentation.
  • Assist with critical dates, renewals, and relocation decision frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and regional leadership to align real estate decisions with headcount planning and business needs.
  • Present findings and recommendations in executive-ready formats.
  • Support Workplace/Facilities teams with occupancy analytics and long-range planning.

Financial Data Management & Systems Support

  • Maintain data accuracy across financial and budget tracking reporting tools.
  • Prepare business cases and financial models (NPV, TCO, cost per seat).
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Analyze occupancy costs and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support CapEx planning for relocations or buildouts.
  • Ensure global data governance and consistency of portfolio metrics.

  • Reports to: Senior Director, Global Facilities
  • Collaborates with: Regional Facilities & Workplace Leaders, Finance & FP&A, HR, Legal, Global Broker Partners

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of real estate analytics experience supporting leased portfolios.
  • Strong financial modeling and lease analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across global time zones.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with flexible workspace models.
  • Understanding of global leasing regulatory environments.

Compensation

The annual base salary ranges from 189.000 PLN to 231.000 PLN yearly*.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
