Senior Manager, US Patient Experience (PEx) Strategic Program Management

Field Based / Full Time / United States

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Manager, US PEx Strategic Program Management to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across our Patient Experience organization. This role is both strategic and operational - translating long-term vision into executable programs that drive meaningful outcomes for patients and the business.

You will partner closely with senior leadership to design, implement, and optimize programs spanning field operations, care center activities, and enterprise-wide PEx initiatives. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, collaboration, and execution capabilities

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs aligned to the strategic priorities of the US PEx organization
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with leadership to drive initiatives across organizational design, systems, tools, and processes
  • Develop executive-level presentations, updates, and communications
  • Establish and maintain program management standards, tools, and best practices
  • Drive change management efforts to support adoption of new processes and systems
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility
  • Identify risks, track progress, and lead post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, and Global teams

 

ABOUT YOU

You are a strategic thinker and strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You bring structure to complexity, influence stakeholders at all levels, and are passionate about improving patient experiences through operational excellence.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries
  • Background in organizational design, systems implementation, or process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and performance metrics
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and business applications
