Field Based / Full Time / Permanent

At Novocure, every role contributes to extending the lives of people living with cancer. As our Territory Manager (TGI) for the Seattle territory, you will build relationships with healthcare professionals, develop new business opportunities, and help expand appropriate access to an innovative cancer therapy.

We’re seeking a resourceful, driven professional who enjoys opening doors and building business in a competitive healthcare market. This role calls for persistence in gaining provider access, consistent follow-through, and regular in-person customer engagement. You’ll combine commercial initiative with the curiosity to learn complex clinical information and communicate it credibly.

Medical device, surgical, or oncology sales experience is preferred; prior oncology experience is not required. Surgical clinical specialists seeking to transition into sales are also encouraged to apply. We value demonstrated drive, relevant provider engagement experience, and a clear motivation to develop an oncology sales career.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct field-based promotional and account-management activities with healthcare professionals in academic and community oncology settings, within approved labeling.
  • Build trusted relationships with oncologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams involved in the treatment of thoracic and gastrointestinal cancers.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on Novocure’s technology, supporting clinical evidence, and appropriate patient identification.
  • Establish account access through proactive outreach, regular in-person visits, and persistent follow-up; identify key decision-makers and adapt your approach to overcome access barriers.
  • Translate complex clinical and scientific information into clear, credible customer discussions, and address questions and objections within your role and approved materials.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting and expanding established accounts.
  • Create and execute territory plans that prioritize customer engagement, account development, and achievement of commercial objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent field presence and travel throughout the assigned territory to meet customer and business needs.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in medical device, surgical, oncology, biopharmaceutical, or other healthcare sales; relevant surgical clinical specialist experience will also be considered.
  • Three or more years of successful experience in healthcare sales or a related clinical-commercial role, with demonstrated ability to influence healthcare professionals and support product adoption.
  • Oncology experience and familiarity with Seattle-area cancer centers, oncology practices, or health systems are preferred, but not required.
  • Experience supporting healthcare professionals treating thoracic or gastrointestinal cancers is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate, influence, and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and clinical stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn, retain, and clearly communicate complex clinical and scientific information.
  • Demonstrated success creating new business opportunities, gaining customer engagement, or increasing product adoption in a competitive environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to study and develop clinical knowledge.
  • Resourcefulness, resilience, and the ability to work independently, organize field activity, and follow through despite setbacks.
  • Commitment to Novocure’s patient-focused mission and accountability for commercial objectives.
  • A record of measurable results, sound judgment, collaboration, and personal accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required; a clinical or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Ability to provide consistent in-person coverage of accounts throughout the Seattle territory.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
