Our commercial product, Optune, is approved for glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe, and Israel, and we are running clinical trials in other solid tumors, including lung and pancreatic cancers.

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant (M/F/D) to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and logistical support to the Country Manager and cross-functional teams, helping drive impactful initiatives across events, training, compliance, and marketing.

 

In this role, you will be:

  • Coordinating national and international conferences and events
  • Collaborating with internal teams to finalize contracts
  • Monitoring budgets for sales and marketing activities
  • Supporting field team training logistics and documentation
  • Managing promotional materials and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Acting as a liaison with agencies and service providers
  • Facilitating communication between headquarters and field teams
  • Preparing presentations and tracking documents
  • Managing document archiving and compliance
  • Monitoring regulatory obligations related to healthcare professional interactions
  • Collaborating with EMEA teams on budget and compliance matters

 

What we’re looking for:

  • At least five years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry
  • Experience in international and multicultural environments
  • Strong understanding of compliance and transparency regulations
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • A proactive and reliable approach with strong communication skills

 

This is a permanent position based in Italy, currently offered as remote work until our Milan office opens. Occasional travel may be required.
