SAP Solution Architect

Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.

Currently we are looking for a SAP Solution Architect to join our office in Cracow, Poland. This is a hybrid role and requires office presence 3 times per week.

This a permament role and the person is going to be hired for the contract of employment (umowa o prace).

JOB SUMMARY:

The SAP Solution Architect will be responsible for contributing to different phases of the delivery lifecycle of enhancements and maintenance of SAP S4.  Candidate will support all related services globally to ensure continuous operations for a 24X7 business and work cross functionally with various business owners to determine and meet their needs.  Successful candidate will be able to provide hands-on support of the application when needed. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primarily working on small, but critical, business requests for Enhancements or Feature Improvements related to the SAP application suite.
• 5+  years of experience: writing functional/technical specs for SAP enhancements
• Experience with Fiori and/or gathering requirements for front end design.
• Should have worked on Interfaces – ABAP Proxies, IDOC’s, error handling mechanisms, reprocessing techniques etc.
• Propose the technical solution for functional requirements.
• Should be able to participate in design workshop and articulate the solution.
• Must have prior experience in Implementations, Rollout and Support in international projects.
• Good understanding of SAP’s core modules and integration points.
• Collaborate with functional analyst on design and testing.
• Manage to application SLAs.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of SAP experience preferred in either MM, QM, PP
• Must have prior experience in Implementations, Rollout and Support in international projects
• Experience in Life Science and Healthcare.
• Experience in Supply Chain processes such as MRP, Procurement, Workflow etc.
• Experience in master such as Materials and Vendors.
  
  Knowledge: 

• Ability to work with multi-cultural teams
• Experience with BADIs, BAPIs, IDOC’s, Workflow and LSMW is preferred
• High analytical skills
• High customer orientation
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English, Oral and written

COMPENSATION:

The annual base salary ranges from 220,005 PLN to 269,500 PLN yearly*.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
