Revenue Operations Manager

Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.

Currently we are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to our office in Cracow, Poland. This position is a hybrid one, requires 3 days per week presence in our Cracow office.

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will lead the centralized RevOps team in Poland and serve as the on-site representative for the global Revenue Operations organization. This role blends leadership, operational oversight, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have significant impact on how we scale, streamline, and elevate revenue operations across multiple markets.

You will partner closely with global RevOps leaders, Finance, Audit, and commercial teams—driving alignment, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring flawless revenue processes that support Novocure’s mission of improving patient outcomes.

This full-time role reports to the Director, Revenue Operations – International Markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage centralized Revenue Operations activities, including AR, billing, cash posting, patient administration, operations support, and reimbursement
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all revenue processes, including billing, reconciliation, and month-end close
• Maintain strong compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, local regulatory needs, and audit standards
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Monitor KPIs, analyze operational performance, and provide insights to support strategic and tactical decision-making
• Serve as the on-site RevOps representative in Krakow, ensuring alignment with global policies, procedures, and cross-market operational needs
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Partner with global RevOps, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support market needs and maintain seamless operations across regions

YOUR PROFILE:

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing, cash posting, or revenue cycle management, including 3+ years in a people leadership role
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in KPI development and performance reporting
• Demonstrated success driving process improvements and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions and cultures
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, CRM systems, or revenue cycle platforms is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage

COMPENSATION:

The annual base salary ranges from 153.600 PLN to 256.000 PLN yearly*.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
