Join Novocure as a Revenue Operations Junior Specialist, Spain and support our international markets team by coordinating reimbursement and treatment initiation activities in a dynamic and growing region. This part-time (50%) position is based in Madrid and follows a hybrid model (a mix of home office and on-site work in the Alcobendas area), with the potential to evolve into a full-time role as our presence in the Spanish market grows.
Your Impact:
- Act as a key point of contact for hospitals and internal teams for treatment start preparation and documentation in Spain.
- Process prescription orders and support treatment initiation coordination in collaboration with other teams.
- Manage reimbursement approvals and coordinate required documentation such as prescriptions, medical records, and imaging.
- Handle e-invoicing via third-party portals, working closely with Accounts Receivable and regional payer organizations.
- Support cash collection processes and resolve reimbursement-related inquiries.
- Document all treatment-related and financial activities accurately in the Novocure ERP system.
Your Experience:
- More than 2 years of administrative experience in medical device, healthcare, or patient support roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system; prior experience working with hospitals and reimbursement processes preferred.
- Experience with e-invoicing and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- High attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
