RPA Developer

JOB SUMMARY:

At Novocure, every role contributes to extending the lives of people living with cancer. As the RPA Developer you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting automation solutions using UiPath. The role focuses on delivering stable and scalable automations, supporting business process improvements, and ensuring the reliable operation of existing automated processes. The position works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, implement solutions, and resolve operational issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, test, and deploy automation workflows.
• Monitor bot performance and ensure stable operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.
• Prepare and maintain technical and process documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support automation best practices.
• Support production releases and post-deployment activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of RPA development standards and methodologies.

ABOUT YOU:

• 1–2 years of experience in RPA development.
• Experience developing and supporting automations based on the UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework).
• Good knowledge of UiPath Platform.
• Understanding of automation concepts, workflows, and process design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Verbal and written communication skills in English- B2/C1.

• Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and attention to quality in all assigned work.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience with SAP is an asset
• Experience with Databases, such as SQL is an asset

Preferred:

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment practices.
• Knowledge of version control and release management processes.
• Interest in Generative AI technologies and initial experience applying GenAI capabilities within automation solutions.

COMPENSATION:

The annual base salary ranges from 144 000 PLN to 186 000 PLN yearly*.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
