Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.
Novocure Poland is our newest office in Europe and you will be part of a global business services team supporting multiple business functions, and located in Krakow. The global business services organization within Novocure Poland is critical to Novocure’s efforts to drive process efficiency, standardizations and drive greater business value as the company prepares for future growth. To support our team in Krakow, Poland we are looking for a Project Manager Patient Experience CoE.

The CoE brings together expertise, tools, and proven approaches to ensure that every patient—no matter where they are—receives the same thoughtful, high-quality experience. It defines best practices, supports teams across markets, and drives innovation in how we care for and connect with patients.
By joining the CoE, you’ll help shape patient-focused strategies, lead impactful projects, and collaborate across global functions to ensure that the patient voice is heard and reflected in everything we do.
This is a full-time role reporting to the SVP, Global Patient Experience. Due to collaboration with U.S.-based teams, a typical workday may begin around 10–11 AM local time.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as Project Manager for Patient Experience Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.
- Collaborate with global and market leaders to define and execute detailed project and launch plans.
- Drive timely completion of projects, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Organize project schedules, track milestones, and report progress against key deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on strategy, KPIs, and business performance.
- Support strategic planning, implementation, and change management efforts.
- Identify and address risks and opportunities across multiple, concurrent projects.
- Lead post-project debriefs to capture learnings and support continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture across all initiatives.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP or similar training a plus
- 4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects—ideally in biopharma, medical device, or patient-facing healthcare environments.
- Proven success leading high-impact initiatives from planning through execution, especially in matrixed or global settings.
- Familiarity with commercial or patient-facing operations in regulated industries
- Experience with change management and stakeholder alignment
- Proficient in MS Project, SmartSheet, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong communicator—clear, concise, and adaptable to audience
- Highly organized, proactive, and focused on patient-centered outcomes
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping priorities
- Team-oriented with a professional, collaborative, and empathetic approach
- Six Sigma or process improvement experience is a plus
