JOB SUMMARY:

This is a temporary, non-exempt, office-based position reporting to the Director, Strategic Enablement & Process Excellence, Revenue Operations and based in our Portsmouth location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn and support real-world Revenue Operations processes within the medical device industry
- Learn about our full end-to-end value stream from the time a patient receives a prescription for our device through reimbursement and ongoing patient support
- Rotate through each function within Revenue Operations to gain exposure to all aspects of the department including our intake coordinators, financial coordinators, operations support, account receivable, reimbursement, training and development, and process excellence teams
- Support the identification and escalation of contracting or medical policy implementation challenges and opportunities
- Gather, consolidate, and summarize information related to ongoing projects
- Conduct a final presentation on learning objectives to conclude the program
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Current Health Management and Policy student
- Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Problem-solving skills applied with empathy and compassion
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Positive, energetic, and collaborative mindset
