ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Human Resources Generalist who is eager to grow their HR career while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone with foundational HR experience who enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with opportunities to support broader people initiatives.
You’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, managers, and employees to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, compliance activities, and employee lifecycle processes. This role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in an evolving environment where priorities may shift quickly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within HR systems and personnel files
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation support, and system access
- Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, employment changes, and employee record updates
- Support recruitment operations, including requisition setup, approvals, and workflow coordination
- Assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and compliant new hire experience
- Support HR compliance activities, audits, reporting, and documentation requests
- Help maintain HR policies, templates, and standard operating procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience
- Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives that support the broader businessAssist with audits, governing body documentation, and compliance reporting
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Foundational understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and adapting to shifting priorities
- Team-oriented with a willingness to support work outside of strict job boundaries when needed
These additional qualifications are preferred
- SHRM-CP certification or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth, or evolving organization
- Previous experience supporting multiple HR functions across the employee lifecycle
WHAT WE OFFER
In addition to a hybrid working model, this pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $82k - $92k annually. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
