In this role, you will act as a key legal support partner for our Luxembourg entities and the wider EMEA Legal team. You will take ownership of corporate housekeeping activities—ensuring the smooth, timely, and compliant management of all corporate governance processes.
This is a detail-driven, process-oriented role with a strong administrative backbone. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, collaborating across functions and geographies, particularly supporting Luxembourg, France, and Belgium. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in managing timelines and documentation with precision.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Paralegal, you will be responsible for corporate housekeeping and legal administrative support across Luxembourg and the wider EMEA region.
- Own and manage corporate housekeeping activities for Luxembourg entities, including preparation of board meetings, minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, and related documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate filings of corporate documents and annual financial statements, maintaining full compliance with local requirements
- Maintain and update corporate records and ensure proper documentation circulation to directors
- Support the Board of Directors with documentation preparation and coordination
- Prepare and review legal documents such as NDAs and contract templates, and support the contract management process
- Conduct legal research and provide administrative legal support to EMEA Legal Counsels
- Coordinate cross-functional legal requests with internal stakeholders across Europe and the US
- Support legal matters in Luxembourg, France, and Belgium as needed
- Contribute to ad hoc legal and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day legal operations
ABOUT YOU
Minimum Requirement:
- Law education preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or in a paralegal/similar role within a company
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage timelines, documentation, and processes with accuracy and consistency
- Proactive, independent working style with strong collaboration skills
These additional qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in corporate housekeeping and corporate law processes
- Administrative mindset with a structured and process-driven approach
- Comfort working in a cross-functional, international environment
- Strong sense of ownership and reliability in managing recurring governance activities
- Additional language skills are a plus
