Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.
Currently we are looking for an Operations Specialist, Patient Experience EMEA to our office in Cracow, Poland. This position is a hybrid one, requires 3 days per week presence in our Cracow office.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Specialist, Patient Experience EMEA is a hands-on operational role with ownership of key Patient Experience (PEx) processes and initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is deeply embedded in day-to-day operations, ensuring that the systems, processes, and cross-functional alignment behind our patient journey run smoothly and reliably - because operational excellence directly translates into better support for patients and caregivers.
We are looking for a motivated professional with initial experience in operations or project coordination who thrives in execution. Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes, brings structure to complexity, and follows through with care and accountability.
The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive mindset and a genuine sense of purpose. This role requires clear communication, reliability, and the ability to collaborate across functions - always with the understanding that behind every process is a patient relying on us.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the creation and continuous development of patient-facing materials for the EMEA patients, collaborating with external designers and translators to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment (printed and digital products)

Oversee associated vendor relationships, including contract management and purchase order processing

Independently lead small to mid-sized projects across multiple markets, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence

Translate strategic direction into executable operational plans adapted to market and patient needs

Own governance and lifecycle activities for assigned materials, systems, or processes

Build strong relationships across hierarchies and cultures, fostering alignment and collaboration across diverse markets and stakeholders

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline cross-market operations

Ensure operational compliance with corporate policies and regional regulations

Represent the PEx Operations function in cross-functional projects and committees, ensuring the voice of local markets is heard and in alignment with business needs
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
The ideal candidate will be a confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic communicator who is passionate about building relationships with both internal and external team members.

3+ years of experience in operations, healthcare, customer success, or a related field, including at least 2 years in operations, business process management and/or project management

Proven ability to manage multiple markets or stakeholders autonomously, with measurable impact on project delivery and process improvement.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and international environments, ideally in matrix organizations

Demonstrated ability to build trust and drive alignment across hierarchies and diverse cultural contexts

Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt messaging to different audiences

Comfortable presenting to diverse groups and hierarchies

Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially German or French) are advantageous

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or workflow management tools (e.g., Veeva, Smartsheet) are highly preferred

Willingness to travel internationally
COMPENSATION:
The annual base salary ranges from 136.388 PLN to 166.696 PLN yearly*.
This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
