Nonconforming Material Report Coordinator - Quality Operations, Location: Cracow, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home office)

Full time role, permanent position (contract of employment)

As the NonConforming Material Report Coordinator you will be responsible for the review, management, and processing of the nonconformance reports generated in the Quality System, to ensure timely resolution and or assignment of NCMR tasks. You will be also responsible for the continuous improvement of the NCMR process and procedures, granting that the users are implementing the requirements accurately and precisely and are following the prescriptions of the relevant SOPs.

You will regularly provide information to the leadership team and other functions about the status of the NCMRs, trending of them, aging and other KPIs which may be established to improve the overall quality levels in Operations.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Review, manage, approve, monitor and trend the Non Conformances and the Quality Issues generated by the organization, providing technical and compliance guidance.
  • Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
  • Collaborate with other functions to create reports with performance indicators to identify and correct quality problems
  • Using basic statistical tools identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction of Quality Issues
  • Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Work with engineers and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications.
  • Participate to internal audit program
  • Assist as an SME during external audits

 

About You

To thrive in this role if you will need these essential qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the medical device Quality Systems Regulations- solid understanding of the application of quality regulations and standards (FDA 21CFR 820, ISO 13485, MDR) would be highly preferred
  • About 1-2 yrs working knowledge and experience on NCMR Management
  • Highly skilled in MS Office, particularly with MS Excel(pivots, lookups, functions, graphs and more), basic VBA
  • Experience with SAP (Quality Management)
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to present and communicate clearly, accurately, and directly, both verbally and in writing, to a widely varied audience.
  • Able to work within tight and unpredictable time constraints
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and statistical packages is desirable

What We Offer

The annual base salary ranges from 144 000-198 000 PLN gross per annum.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
