JOB SUMMARY:
At Novocure, every role contributes to extending the lives of people living with cancer. As the Master Data Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, accurate, and governed master data across key business domains such as vendor, customer, material, and finance master data. This role supports operational excellence by managing complex data processes, resolving data issues, driving process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data for business decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the creation, maintenance, validation, and governance of master data records in line with business rules and global standards.
- Analyze and resolve complex data quality issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and IT to understand requirements and support data-related decisions.
- Support data migrations, system changes, integrations, and process improvement initiatives involving ERP and MDM platforms.
- Monitor data quality, prepare reports and insights, and maintain documentation, audit trails, and process standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve master data processes, controls, automation, and user adoption.
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong experience with ERP or MDM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of master data governance, data quality, validation, cleansing, and enrichment practices.
- Ability to analyze large data sets, identify patterns, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive ownership mindset, ability to manage priorities independently, and commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
- Degree in business, engineering, data management, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, database administration, or a similar data-focused role.
- Experience with more than one master data domain, such as vendor, customer, material, or finance master data.
- Fluency in English.

COMPENSATION:
The annual base salary ranges from 114 000 PLN to 132 000 PLN yearly*.
This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
