JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Junior Treasury Analyst to join Novocure's Global Treasury team in Cracow. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your career in corporate treasury while gaining hands-on experience in cash management, banking operations, financial reporting, and treasury systems.

Working closely with experienced Treasury professionals, you will support daily financial operations across our global organization, help monitor cash positions, prepare reports and forecasts, and contribute to treasury projects and process improvements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your financial and analytical skills, gain exposure to international banking operations, and build expertise in corporate treasury within a collaborative, global environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support daily cash management and banking operations, including monitoring bank balances, preparing treasury payments, and assisting with cash reconciliations.

  • Contribute to cash flow forecasting and financial reporting, collecting and analyzing financial data to support effective cash management and planning.

  • Support administration of corporate card programs, including cardholder requests, account updates, and communication with card providers.
  • Support the administration of treasury systems and banking platforms, including our Treasury Management System (Kyriba), maintaining accurate records, and assisting with system improvements.

  • Assist with foreign exchange (FX) reporting and intercompany transactions, including exposure monitoring, reconciliations, and coordination with internal Finance and Accounting teams.

  • Collaborate with banks and internal stakeholders, supporting bank account administration, KYC documentation, banking inquiries, and related operational activities.

  • Support treasury controls and compliance activities, ensuring accurate documentation, adherence to internal procedures, and assistance with audits and SOX requirements.

  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives, helping identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve data accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with financial data, identify discrepancies, and solve problems.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, Accounting, Banking, or a related financial environment.
  • Good understanding of basic financial and accounting principles, including financial transactions, reconciliations, and cash flows.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret financial data.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.

  • Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different countries.

  • A proactive, curious, and learning-oriented mindset, with an interest in developing expertise in corporate treasury and financial operations.

  • A responsible and collaborative approach to work, particularly when handling financial information and following established procedures.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP), banking platforms, or Treasury Management Systems (such as Kyriba).

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress).

  • Basic understanding of cash management, payment processing, cash flow forecasting, or foreign exchange transactions.
  • Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, or process improvement initiatives.

COMPENSATION:

The annual base salary ranges from 96,000-114.00 PLN gross yearly.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
