Novocure Poland is our newest office in Europe and you will be part of a global business services team supporting multiple business functions including finance and payroll and located in Krakow. The global business services organization within Novocure Poland is critical to Novocure’s efforts to drive process efficiency, standardizations and drive greater business value as the company prepares for future growth.

Junior Reporting Specialist
The Junior Reporting Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the reporting team by preparing and delivering accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports. This role involves assisting with data validation, report generation, and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with organizational and financial standards.
Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Assist in collecting, validating, and consolidating financial data from various sources to support reporting activities.
• Identify discrepancies in financial data, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for reports and clarify reporting requirements.
• Maintain and update reporting templates, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.
• Support the reconciliation of key financial metrics and provide summaries of findings to senior analysts or management.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial presentations, summaries, or dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in efforts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reporting processes and systems.
Your profile:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial reporting or a similar role (internship experience welcomed).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel analyzing large sets of data (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas) and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Understanding of financial reporting principles and financial statements.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to summarize and present financial data clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and as this will be the primary working language; any further languages are of benefit
