Project Manager, NPI

We are looking for a Project Manager, NPI to lead and oversee enterprise-wide projects, ensuring governance and execution so that all initiatives align with company priorities.

 

      This is a full-time temporary position based at our R&D Center in Haifa, Israel.
      The role is a 9-month backfill to cover maternity leave.

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

  • Govern and oversee high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic company goals.
  • Ensure execution excellence in multi-phase, high-complexity projects, from design input to commercialization.

Governance

  • Develop and manage KPI-driven reporting systems, dashboards, and visualizations, providing executive leadership with clear performance insights.
  • Establish and implement best practices, methodologies, and SOPs to improve execution efficiency.

Change management

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and decision-making frameworks through cross-functional collaboration that includes: engineering, NPI, supply chain, quality, and regulatory teams.
  • Lead high-complexity business and process changes, ensuring seamless execution and risk mitigation.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred:
  • Project Management certification: PMP, PgMP, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Supply certifications: APICS CSCP, etc.
  • Quality certifications: GMP, ISO9001, ISO13485, etc.

 

 

Knowledge:

  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise project governance within the medical device or other regulated industries, focusing on new suppliers, products, and operational aspects.
  • Skilled team player with experience working in multidisciplinary environments involving suppliers, NPI engineers, QA, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
