 Change Implementation Engineer, Manufacturing


With accordance to the company’s vast increase in new products and continues qualification of second source manufacturers, there is a growing necessity to control and improve the company’s projects implementation process for supplier’s change requests and for new designed products which are rapidly increasing as the business evolves. For this reason , a function is needed to take ownership and responsibility of the concentration of the manufacturer’s change activities within company’s internal departments and within company’s product life management system (Agile PLM).

This new function will serve as the NPI’s department’s focal point for changes proper implementation and will manage the periodical production change control board meetings (PCCB meetings) in order to better coordinate the change release throughout the supply chain processes and to assure on-time release and implementation of the different projects at hand.

 The position is 100%, Sunday through Thursday, reporting to the Product Implementation Manager. 


Responsibilities for this position

  • Responsible to ensure overall adequate products implementation processes
  • Responsible to support activities related to products manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Responsible to support product release in the various systems (Agile change orders, SAP).
  • Work with various departments in transition of newly designed or clinical products into the market
  • Concentrate and manage the PCCB meetings – production change control board meetings
  • Assist in rapid and ongoing capacity increase of newly design product release and new suppliers qualification change orders
  • Collaborate and coordinate with relevant functions from the different departments as needed, and maintain knowledge on product status and ongoing release process.
  • Responsible for update and compliance of relevant work instructions within department responsibilities.



Requirements for this position:


  • Qualifications:               
  • Bachelor’s Degree, in industrial engineering, Information Systems or equivalent B.sc degree
  • Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree


  • Knowledge:                
  • Working knowledge in manufacturing policies, processes and procedures as a user and author.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience with NPI  and change control processes in Hi Tech Company with advantage to Medical devices industries
  • Highly organized and responsible
  • Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited or no supervision
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Good writing capabilities of technical documents in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Occasional travels
  • Experience in Medical Device or Pharma is a plus
  • Working experience with Oracle Agile PLM – Advantage.

English a must, any other language a plus
