As a Global HRIS Senior Specialist you will support, maintain, and continually enhance our global HR technology environment, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This role is critical for ensuring robust, compliant, and efficient HR system operations, while enabling scalable and optimized global HR processes.

You will collaborate closely with HRIS colleagues and HR Key Stakeholders to support core HR processes, uphold data quality, and deliver reliable system performance across international regions.

This is a full‑time position, reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS & SuccessFactors Product Owner, and is based in Krakow, Poland.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a global subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Reporting)
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance system settings aligned with global HR policies.
  • Ensure high data quality, audit readiness, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
  • Lead global SuccessFactors release management activities, including impact analysis, testing coordination, documentation, and deployment.
  • Evaluate change requests and enhancements, balancing global governance with local business needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through system improvements and automation.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to support and monitor integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR or business systems.
  • Support global reporting and analytics using SuccessFactors Reporting and People Analytics (Story Reports).
  • Provide HRIS support, troubleshoot complex system issues, and drive root‑cause resolution.
  • Prepare system documentation, user guides, and contribute to global training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
  • Oversee the administration and strategic development of Cornerstone LMS, ensuring effective learning program delivery, compliance tracking, and reporting.

 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5–7+ hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, Reporting) including configuration, administration, and operational support within a global or multi‑country organization
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance, including data privacy requirements such as GDPR
  • Experience supporting global HRIS operations, including system stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with focus on root‑cause analysis
  • High attention to accuracy, data quality, and detail in HR systems administration
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a global operational environment
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and global stakeholders
  • Continuous‑improvement mindset with strong interest in evolving HR technology and enterprise systems
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
