Financial Systems Analyst

Financial Systems Analyst (Pigment), Location: Cracow, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home office). Full time role, permanent position (contract of employment)

At Novocure, every role contributes to extending the lives of people living with cancer. As a Financial Systems Analyst to join our Reporting Team in Kraków. You will be the owner of our Pigment financial planning tool, acting as the first line of support for business stakeholders during budgeting and forecasting cycles. You will ensure data accuracy, improve planning processes, build insightful reports, and maintain global cost center master data across the organization.

This is a global-facing role with exposure to senior stakeholders and strong collaboration with Finance and Business teams.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the system owner for Pigment (financial planning tool)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation between Pigment and SAP
• Maintain and govern global cost center master data
• Monitor system integrity and proactively resolve data discrepancies
• Manage user access and ensure appropriate system controls
• Act as first-level support for business users
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes globally
• Build and enhance planning models within Pigment
• Create and maintain reporting structures and dashboards
• Optimize system processes and improve planning workflows
• Lead or support system improvements and enhancements projects
• Work closely with Reporting, FP&A, and SAP teams
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across regions

About you:

• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, IT or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial systems, financial reporting, FP&A or a similar role
• Experience working with EPM / financial planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel analyzing large sets of data (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Experience reconciling financial data between systems (ERP ↔ planning tool)
• Understanding of financial reporting principles and financial statements.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
