Novocure is a global oncology company developing Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), a non-invasive therapy designed to slow or reverse solid tumor growth. Our commercial product, Optune, is approved for glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe, and Israel, and we are running clinical trials in other solid tumors, including lung and pancreatic cancers.

We are looking for a Director, Market Access & Public Affairs, a visionary leader to drive market access and public affairs, ensuring patients can benefit from our groundbreaking therapy and eager to secure broad access across Spain. 

In this role, you will:

• Lead local market access and public affairs strategy.
• Drive pricing and reimbursement negotiations with payers and HTA bodies.
• Build strong partnerships with policymakers, health authorities, and patient organizations.
• Collaborate closely with global and regional colleagues to align on strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years’ experience in market access, public affairs, or health economics in pharma/medtech.
• Proven track record in payer negotiations and policy influence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
• Degree in health economics, business, public policy, or related field.
• Fluent English to collaborate across global functions.
