Customer Service Representative EMEA, Location: Cracow, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home office)

At Novocure, every role contributes to extending the lives of people living with cancer. As our Customer Service Representative EMEA, you’ll be responsible for processing outbound orders, returns from the field, and follow-up activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The role ensures that all transactions are correctly maintained in the ERP system and supports smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The Customer Service Representative works closely with warehouse teams, transportation partners, and Device Support Specialists to address inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally. The position is full-time, based in the Kraków office (Poland), and reports to the Supervisor Customer Service EMEA.
What You’ll Do
- Enter, validate, and process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in SAP for the EMEA region, including troubleshooting of order-related issues
- Proactively monitor order and delivery status and communicate updates, delays, or issues to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Swiss Operations Center, 3PL partners, Device Support Specialists, and transportation carriers to resolve order and delivery issues
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate product and service information
- Identify recurring issues and patterns in customer feedback and support continuous process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, applicable Quality System requirements, and GDPR regulations
About You
To thrive in this role if you will need these essential qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Logistics, preferably in an international or EMEA environment
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure, resilient and manage multiple priorities, and meet challenging deadlines
- Proficiency in SAP and/or CRM systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint incl. Outlook
- Fluency in English required, Spanish a strong plus, additional European languages highly desirable

What We Offer
The annual base salary ranges from 96 000-120 000 PLN gross per annum.
This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
