Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and other types of solid cancers.
Currently we are looking for a Coordinator Marketing & Sales to join our office in Cracow, Poland. This position is a hybrid one, requires 3 days per week presence in our Cracow office. It involves administrative and operational support for the Marketing and Sales teams in the Euro Nordics Region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sponsorship Management
- Communication with event organizers, including support in the organizational planning of our congress presence, such as booth construction and logistics planning, in close coordination with internal stakeholders
- Creation and administration of events in Veeva Events
- Coordination with Compliance and Legal teams for event and sponsorship approvals
- Preparation, review, and approval of sponsorship agreements
- Support and coordination of the signature process for sponsorships, speaker engagements, and multi-service agreements, in close alignment with the US-based Signatures Team.
- HARP submissions for speaker engagements.
- Coordination of signature workflows and proper contract archiving
Event Organization
- Support in the planning and execution of congresses and promotional events
- Logistics coordination for marketing and sales materials, including shipping, delivery, and on-site setup
- Coordination with Novocure booth staff before and during the meetings/congresses.
Marketing & Sales Material Support
- Support of the Veeva PRC review process for marketing materials and sales slide decks
- Coordination, tracking, and documentation of approval workflows
Contract & Vendor Management
- Support in the preparation and management of contracts with external vendors and service providers
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support in the coordination and administration of HCP (Healthcare Professional) agreements, including preparation, documentation, and tracking of approval and signature processes in line with internal compliance and governance requirements. TAdministrative and organizational support for the Marketing and Sales Teams. This includes management in Veeva Events, Ariba and HARP-systems.
Operational & Financial Support
- Organization, ordering, and stock replenishment of marketing and sales materials
- Creation of purchase orders
- Invoice processing and support in budget tracking and cost control
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
- BA degree, preferably in office administration or law
- Initial professional experience in an administrative role, ideally within Marketing and/or Sales
- Experience in a corporate environment; pharmaceutical or other regulated industry experience is a plus
- Very good English skills, written and spoken; proficiency in German is highly desirable
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva Events, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage
- Basic understanding of contract management and approval processes, including Compliance and Legal workflows
- Structured, independent, and highly reliable working style
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under time pressure
- Enjoyment of working with cross-functional teams
COMPENSATION:
The annual base salary ranges from 99.160 PLN to 165.266 PLN yearly*.
This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
