We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Management Specialist, Global Medical Strategy to join our growing Medical Affairs team in Kraków. In this role, you will support the management and coordination of medical information and non-medical inquiries, ensuring timely triage, documentation, and collaboration across internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence within Medical Affairs while supporting cross-functional initiatives that ultimately improve the patient and healthcare provider experience.
This is a full time, exempt role tied to the Kraków office in Poland reporting to the Head of Global Medical Information. The role is hybrid and requires 3 days of physical presence at the office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and document medical information requests and non-medical cases accurately within the case management system in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements
- Review, assess, and triage incoming emails and inquiries to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner
- Support the creation, coordination, and tracking of responses to medical information requests and other inquiries
- Monitor and manage inquiry workflows to ensure accurate case documentation, timely routing, follow-up, escalation, and case closure
- Assist with regular quality review of case documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support appropriate handling of inquiries as well as adverse event reporting requirements
- Support process review activities and contribute to continuous process improvement and implementation initiatives
- Assist with maintaining operational documentation, templates, trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure compliance with applicable internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support operational projects and additional departmental initiatives as required
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience handling medical information requests or customer support cases in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with Medical Affairs processes, pharmacovigilance case intake, or healthcare compliance requirements
- Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
- Knowledge of quality systems, SOPs, and documentation practices within healthcare or life sciences organizations
- Fluency in English

COMPENSATION:
The annual base salary ranges from 132.000 PLN to 161.000 PLN yearly*.
This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
