Commercial Excellence Manager


As the Commercial Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the commercial excellence strategy in France and developing and implementing various tools for the country, with a pan-tumor overview.



  • Analyze sales performance, develop a Sales dashboard with relevant KPIs, and provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency of sales activities.
  • Build and oversee the follow-up of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) for the sales force.
  • Take ownership of the sales forecast in collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Manage the implementation, use, and adaptation of CRM (VEEVA) for the French affiliate, working closely with the VEEVA global team.
  • Coordinate pan-BU digital strategies in collaboration with the Digital department.


Your Profile:

  • Experience in customer insights and/or commercial business intelligence within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industries.
  • Previous experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Veeva, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory as it is the primary language, and English fluency is essential due to substantial interaction with Global & International teams.
  • Interest in a combination of strategic and operational activities.
  • Some travel may be required, and a minimum presence in the office of at least 2 times a week is expected.
