Application Support Specialist (SAP SD)

SAP Application Support Specialist – SD , Location: Cracow, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home office) 
Enterprise Technology, full time role, permanent position (contract of employment)

At Novocure, every role contributes to extending the lives of people living with cancer. As our new SAP Application Support Specialist Sales & Distribution module,  you’ll play a key part in this mission. You will be a part of Novocure’s global IT organization and is responsible for managing and supporting our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module across global sales and distribution operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of SD processes including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation.

What You’ll Do 

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD, resolving technical issues and ensuring system stability and performance via ticketing system.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, finance, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and support ongoing enhancements within the SAP SD module.
• Document support processes, issue resolutions, and system changes to ensure audit readiness and effective knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed on SAP SD updates and new functionalities.
• Partner with Business Analysts and Product Ownership teams to ensure new changes or enhancements to SD processes are aligned with serviceability requirements.

About You 

To thrive in this role if you will need these essential qualifications. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting SAP SD applications, with strong knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation modules.
• Experience with integration troubleshooting between Ariba and SAP ERP systems using SAP Cloud Integration.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: SAP SD certification or relevant technical training.

What We Offer 

The annual base salary ranges from 156 000 – 265 000 PLN gross per annum.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
