Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. 

We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager for our office in Cracow, Poland. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in our Cracow office

 

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Accounts Receivable/Revenue Operations Manager, you will lead the centralized RevOps team in Krakow with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable excellence and revenue cycle performance. This role combines people leadership with operational accountability, ensuring strong execution across Accounts Receivable processes while developing a high-performing and engaged team.

You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Audit, and commercial stakeholders to maintain accurate revenue recognition, efficient AR operations, and scalable processes that support the company’s growth.

In this role, you will also partner with global RevOps leadership to drive alignment, support strategic decisions, and ensure robust and scalable revenue processes that support Novocure’s mission of improving patient outcomes.

This full-time role reports to the Director, Revenue Operations – International Markets.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage centralized Revenue Operations activities, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate execution of revenue cycle processes such as billing, cash posting, reconciliations, and write-offs.
  • Support month-end close activities and accurate revenue recognition, partnering closely with Finance and Accounting on reconciliation and reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs and perform operational analytics to identify trends, track performance, and support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across Revenue Operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, audit standards, and local regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Serve as the on-site Revenue Operations representative in Krakow, ensuring alignment with global policies, procedures, and cross-market operational standards.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global RevOps, Finance, Audit, and cross-functional teams to support market needs and maintain seamless operations across regions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site-level operational matters and support alignment between local operations and global RevOps strategy. 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing, cash posting, or revenue cycle management, including 3+ years in a people leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in KPI development and performance reporting
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions and cultures
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, CRM systems, or revenue cycle platforms is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage

 

COMPENSATION:

The annual base salary ranges from 153.600 PLN to 256.000 PLN yearly*.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
