Accounts Receivable Specialist EMEA

 

 

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate transactional processing and oversight of key revenue cycle functions in compliance with internal and external audit parameters and for supporting monthly close cash posting processes. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Bill claims on assigned schedule 

  • Monitor and report on billing exceptions 

  • Produce and interpret ad-hoc reporting at management’s request 

  • Resolve and audit failed claims and denials 

  • Perform month end closing procedures within established timeframes 

  • Post incoming cash payments to outstanding accounts receivables 

  • Support cash posting and billing related SOX controls 

  • Process write-offs and adjustments consistent with Novocure policies 

  • Support and lead SAP Testing and general system/ process enhancement 

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate cash posting/billing in all available markets through collaboration with IT and project leaders 

 

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:  

Qualifications:  

  • 2-3 years of experience in billing and/or cash posting 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience 

  • Finance-focused background with relevant work experience in revenue cycle, billing or/and cash posting 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP  

 

Knowledge:  

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills 

  • Excellent data entry skills 

  • Detail-oriented, organized and works with a high degree of accuracy 

  • Strong ability to identify and solve problems 

  • Strong ability to set and execute on priorities 

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • Proactive attitude 

  • Adaptability to dynamic working environment 

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

  • Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced office setting 

  • Excellent proficiency in English in both speaking and writing. Additional language will be an asset.  

COMPENSATION:

The annual base salary ranges from 104.600 PLN to 120.000 PLN yearly*.

This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
